But of course, NYC has a lot of other treats instore too. At the Bowery Hotel, NYLON friends Chief and A.R.E. Weapons are performing, Chromeo is playing at a church around Washington Square Park, the Misshapes and Ruff Club will be taking place at The Dark Room in the LES (Lower East Side) with Mark the Cobrasnake in attendance, and at Studio B in Brooklyn DFA will be throwing a rager. I'll def report back to you when I hear from all the NYLONees that will be attending and dispersing themselves amongst these places, about what goes down this evening, but day time Halloween NYC style is fun too. Check out some Halloweeeeeeeeenyc.

Yoooooooo guyz, so this past week Justice was in town and man did they tear it up. They played at the new spot in town Terminal 5 which has been bringing some rad music to New York since their opening. Me and Jared hit up the Saturday night show and it was almost too much for me to handle. The crowd was so into it, I thought I was in rave for a second there. But after making it out of there alive, it turned out to be a crazy cool show. Check out some flicks and the justice that JUSTICE brought overseas.

Yooo guyz, so there have been a lot of things going on in the big apple this past week being CMJ and all, but music is not the only thing being celebrated as usual. Last Wednesday night NYLON fashion friends Hugo Boss threw a huge party after a runway show of theirs downtown in the Financial district. The building was amazing, like a scene from Batman, but the people there were pretty fantastic too. The Misshapes djed late night, but for early entertainment, the craziest guest of all performed. Woody Allen and his clarinet played a set. There is nothing more to say about that except, well... genius.

Bicoastal artist Brendan Lynch is creating an original, interesting, and impressive body of work that is definitely worth keeping an eye out for. Check out his website
