London and Paris have the best styles by far. I have looked at all the other cities and do agree that they have some pretty rad styles but this is effortless and so...chic.

HA! LA head of NYC and Europe? As a native New Yorker, I think not. Don't get me wrong, I think fashion week in L.A. has pretty good designers, and some style, but lets not get ahead of ourselves. I think England is a wonderful place for fashion and always my fave!!
