Without even dribbling one basketball our March Madness competition continues. We've been voting on It girls all month and now it's down to only two models: Queen of the goofy face, Cara Delevingne, and Ms. Rainbow hair herself, Chloe Norgaard. How are they both tied? Cara's five minutes have been up hours ago, and I've never even heard of Chloe. Ew, no thanks to either.

I'm really surprised by the results of March Madness, the It Girls of fashion should be revolutionary fashion icons or innovative designers, shouldn't they? And in the other categories too, the results don't really make sense..

To Kate, Violet and Leah, Chloe is a fresh new face. She is currently on the Forever 21 New York Times Square billboard, and in their and Uniqlo's worldwide campaigns. She deserves the recognition. She is beautiful inside and out. GO CHLOE!
