Why do people like Chloe Grace Moretz so much? She has never wowed me. Honestly Jennifer Lawrence was the best actress in this bracket, but I suppose if you're going for more of an It Girl approach Emma Watson is the right pick. Great actress + great style + great personality...go Emma!

And is one of the few actors who went to college and not any college but oxford/brown. She deserves this way more than Chloe, who is only focusing on acting here and being cute for the camera -.-

C'mon you haters, are you upset that Emma is losing? I'm quite surprised too, I mean Emma is just a LEGEND. I know I've watched all HP movies and Perks. But you just gotta just hand it to Chloe, she's just AMAZING! OUT OF THIS WORLD! and some of you think she can't Act? What? she's the best teen star yet! she's not just some girl being cute for the camera. She knows how to act! At a young age she has achieved a lot she has worked with big stars in Hollywood, Tim Burton, Johnny Depp, Helena Carter (Bellatrix) Jim Carrey and soon with Ron Weasley himself Rupert Grint! And is even gonna be the main character of a movie this year which is Stephen King's Carrie. So stop your hatin and deal with it! Sorry Ems but I'm voting for Chloe cuz right now she's Kicking Ass!

I actually am Shocked that anyone would consider voting for Moretz. I am very familiar with both of the works of these actresses and I'm actually upset that Moretz is the one being recognized. Maybe she has flashy clothes and a winner smile. Yes. Whatever. Emma Watson is the ultimate winner.
