i must admit, i don't get cory kennedy's appeal. she's just another skinny girl, i mean she's my age, congrats that she gets to party with people who actually do something, and have a real impact on the fashion world. i'm truly at a loss, although i do like urban decay, bringing back the gold eyeliner.

i definitely think that cory kenedy has an excellent style and a look that catches peoples attention. however, the photographer of this shoot has not captured her true essence. he hasn't captured her enthusiasm, childishness and other great qualities. yet, they have produced photos of a mediocre looking girl with some basic make-up on.

I'm a teenager just like her and i think that the buzz surrounding Cory Kennedy really needs to die down. She's too young to do what she does, she's setting a bad example, the clothes she wears aren't really that amazing (i've seen way better in the photographic street fashion blogs such as Glam Canyon) and anyone could become an internet star. Not to mention she was diagnosed for a mental health crisis or something like that a few years ago.

She looks weird in the ad.
To other people:
The reason she is famous is because a 30-something year old guy she was dating (with her parents permission) realised that his website got more traffic if he posted pictures of her on it.
He realised she could be a "new Paris Hilton" (aka: Famous for actually doing nothing).
Look her up on wikipedia, I typed a cut down version of the story and it's probably wrong.
I like the clothes Cory wears (sometimes), and most of the music she likes, but I hate the whole internet fame thing that has been discussed.
I wish intelligence was valued over style, or there could be a compromise of both?

I think its kinda lame bcus nylon used to be such an awesome magazine but now it's like idolizing some teeny bopper "it girl" . I'll her that she's pretty and she's fashionable. But I don't read nylon to watch someone's 15 minutes i loved that it was a fashion magazine that gave more credit to the "underground" and it used to be so much more about art and being creative. I'm not trying to upset people on here but Nylon was so much cooler when it wasn't popular i'll dare say it's a step away from cosmo girl. not that it's a bad magazine but it's more for the crowd who digs paris hilton and watches the hills. totally not my style.
