We've long admired Chloe Norgaard for her Rainbow Brite locks. But that's not the model's only stand-out quality--turns out, she's also a pro behind the camera, as well. During the fall '13 New York Fashion Week, Norgaard documented her biggest season yet (she walked in shows ranging from Nicole Miller to Rodarte), snapping away from backstage, walk-throughs, late-night parties, and blizzards on a Samsung Galaxy camera.
