We'll admit that we've paid a pretty penny to our local nail artist for a professional-grade ombré glitter mani. But Sephora's how-to video has restored our confidence. All you need is a steady hand (we know it's easier said than done, but practice does make perfect) and the right glitter—we find that the tiny, crushed glitter works way better than the larger pieces.
Ignore the usual warning because you should try this at home. And as Deborah Lippmann's husband reminded us during fashion week, "never skip the base coat!" Watch the video and then get to it using our recommend polish color pairings.
