To celebrate our annual September TV issue, we decided to countdown the best dressed b******* of the small screen. Why focus on the mean girls, instead of the Rachel Green's and Joey Potter's? Well to put it bluntly, the rule of television tends be the bitchier the girl, the better the clothes.
So without any more gabbing, we give you the one and only Hilary Banks. Some may call her spoiled. Others might say she's an airhead. But to us, Hilary Banks is pure fashion--and she knows it, too. Decked in luxe designer wares, Hilary never looks anything less than fab. In other words, she's kind of the opposite of Amber from Clueless: She's not "ensembly challenged."

Why not show some examples of Hilary Bank being fab to back up your premise.
