You wouldn't think a makeup look that resembles scribbles of pink crayon would be so hard to replicate, but for years the application of '80s punk-pop eyeshadow - as seen on Madonna, Cherie Currie, Debbie Harry, The Bangles, and obviously Jem and the Holograms (!) - has eluded us.
