I agree with EFFY, but it is a cute film. People just think "dirty converses" look cool 'cause it makes them look like their not trying, but it's sad when something like that becomes a fad and people seek out to find something like that. Buying dirty converses is just strange.

I liked this! Is the whole give-the-new-Converse-some-character a metaphor for the clean canvas of developing our own character?? That's how I saw it. In both instances strangers, family and friends aid in the development, but the ultimate product is up to us to achieve individually. Good job!

I love this its way cute. I hate clean shoes period. but half the fun is messing up your converse. I think everyone is thinking too much on the whole movies point.

Defeats the whole purpose of what? Last time i checked the purpose of wearing shoes was to cover your feet from being bare. And who defines someone being "poseurish", who are you to saying that? When was the last time you did something original that know one else did or wore before? Why should people hesitate to do what they want, because the fear of being a poser or what ever. All i have to say to that is FUCK IT! Oh good job with the video, music was good.

my friend was telling me that a lot of ballet dancers beat up and break in their toe shoes manually for hours before going onstage. this girl must know that, there's a part when she's dancing on her toes. it's an old ritual. and an important one. i think it's lovely.
