If you went to a suburban middle school, you probably had enough Body Shop lip balm to last an entire summer camp session. But even though you're now allowed to wear "real" makeup, there's something comforting - and very easy - about a swipe of the all-natural lip butter. (It's also a great base for a high pigment lipstick, especially if you've got chapped or dry skin.)
This week, The Body Shop releases seven of their classic lip balm flavors in stick form. They're decorated with new pop-art inspired labels, but other than that, the formula is the same - but much easier to apply now that you don't have to unscrew a gloss pot and find a lip brush to use them.
Bonus: If you teach yourself how to do the Pop Art designs in the Wah Nails book, your manicure can match your lip gloss. (Okay, the real bonus is that The Body Shop uses all-natural ingredients and supports causes like rainforest enrichment and human rights, but come on - matching Lichtenstein makeup could be pretty awesome...)
