As fashion bebes like Hailee Steinfeld and Elle Fanning score major designer ad campaigns alongside models and legally-drinking celebrities, red carpet style for the under-21 set has gotten seriously chic. For the stars at Nickelodeon's Kid's Choice Awards, that meant many outfits were straight off the runway... even if many of the nominees were straight out of Junior High.

Katy wins this one! She's always has fun with her clothing choices, and what's a better opportunity to keep doing that than KCA! The other ladies look nice, but it's all too serious for such a fun, youthful event.

I have no idea who Isabelle Furhman is, but I LOVE her romper or dress or whatever it is. I think they all look good, though. Except Katy, she looks ridiculous. So tacky!
