Prepare your stereo, because we may have just found your new favorite musical supergroup. States has a long rock past- lead singer Mindy White previously performed in Lydia, whereas guitarist brothers Bryan and Stephen Laurenson spent time in Copeland. And with their latest project, the trio has combined forces to make a seriously awesome sound.

The band's debut LP Room to Run proves that addictive pop melodies and heartfelt (read: non-cheesy) emotion don't have to be mutually exclusive. Their breakout single "Follow It Home" has the spunky vibe of Paramore combined with the raw edge of Eisley, and we've had it on repeat all morning.
