We should have known when The Cambridge Satchel Company's neon handbags became a street style requirement, a lipstick rage would soon follow.

And lo and behold, this season, every cosmetics brand has pushed a day glo color onto the pouts of their fans. Now it's Sephora's turn, with a series of neon balms that you can either wear over an existing color (it can turn a flat pink into a hot pink) or by themselves for a glint of brightness when your lips catch the light.

And since we're forever searching for things to make us look good even when we oversleep our alarms (which is pretty much every day), we thoroughly appreciate a lip product that pops so much, it looks like a signature accessory - instead of a two-second save for your morning routine.
