When you think of Dutch design, two words come to mind: Viktor & Rolf. The Netherlands, however, have much more to offer than these guys and clogs. This Sunday is the third annual Mode Marché, a sample sale if you will, but one that showcases more than 50 of the brightest young designers alongside the country’s venerable style masters. To wit: Richard Hutton, Jeroen van Tuyl, Emily Hermans, Iris van Herpen, and more! Hosted by Iconique Fashion Magazine and Stylevation Army, the daylong fashion extravaganza will boast fashion shows, galleries featuring the work of Ingrid Baars and Kate Moss photographs by Mick Rock, a video installation, D.J. sets, and specials at the Fashion Café.
