While everyone watches Chloe's Paris runways like a hawk, their See by Chloe collection often flies under the radar - until suddenly, you spot a sweet strapless dress in the window of Intermix, or a scalloped lace purse on Net-a-Porter, and you go, "Wait, who made that?!"  (The answer is almost always See by Chloe, at least for us.)
