When it comes to music festivals, don’t mess with Texas. Austin’s Fun Fun Fun Fest started last year as a small show, but has come back strong with Cat Power and the Dirty Delta Blues, Of Montreal, Girl Talk, Mates of State, and more. For two days, November 3rd and 4th, an eclectic assemblage of indie, electronica, and hip hop acts from around the country and Canada will join local bands like Explosions in the Sky at Waterloo Park with, ahem, better weather than South by Southwest. Plus, it’s, well, fun.
