All of you who ran out and bought the Alexander McQueen for M.A.C. special-edition collection of kohl liners, paint pots, and lipglass in mesmeric shades such as Black Karat, Pharaoh, and White Magic when it hit stores October 4th might be little pissed off to hear this: The war paint so befitting for the bewitching holiday upon us (er, Halloween) is up for grabs, courtesy of the makeup giant itself. At the risk of sounding cliché, one sickeningly lucky winner will not only claim the whole runway-worthy line (worn by McQueen’s models in his Fall 2007 shows), but also the designer’s goth-inspired patent leather clutch with a Swarovski crystal jeweled skull clasp (Now thank Net-a-porter, where it’s worth over a grand).
