Marc by Marc Jacobs ended exactly 50 minutes ago, and when it did, we blurted out, "Jane Birkin goes to a disco and loses her iPhone, so she has to hop onto a vintage Apple computer and type out 'I love you.'"
Fashion Tourettes, get used to it.
Also get used to: Floppy hats, wide-leg trousers, rich jewel tones, wallpaper prints of color-block animals, and layered textures like silks behind wool behind fur. There's also a sick black blazer, nipped at the shoulders and embroidered with black-on-black jacquard panthers.
We'd never think Marc by Marc Jacobs and Tommy Hilfiger could be piled onto the same outfit, but with their "Anita Pallenberg Goes to The Jane Hotel" collections, those are two stores we'll make the beeline to raid this Fall.
