#NYLONFW: STREET STYLE
The best looks off the runway from Day 1 of NYFW.
Today the high temperature was a frigid 25 degrees (brrr!). So it should go without saying that the first day of New York Fashion Week was in many ways a test to see who dressed best, even in the freezing cold.
Our street style photographer Maria Mikkelsen bundled up and hit Milk Studios and Lincoln Center, snapping the coolest-looking kids of the bunch.
Their secret to staying warm and looking good? Layers (with eye-popping colors), cozy luxe materials like leather and fur- oh, and maybe some hot chocolate, too. Check out the pictures below, and stay tuned for more street style action throughout all of Fashion Week!
