GAGA ON ICE
Mama Monster partners with a new fashion talent from Iceland.
If you haven't heard of Vera Thordardottir, don't worry - you will. The Icelandic native just graduated from the London fashion school Istituto Marangonii, but she's already got a very famous fan: Lady Gaga.
Two days after her graduate school collection debuted on the catwalk, Gaga wore one of her dresses - inspired by cracked ice and puddles - to Elton John's White Tie and Tiara Ball. She's also appeared in a pinup pose in Thordardottir's white tulle skirt.
Soon there will be another crop of clothes from the designer at the Reykjavic Fashion Festival, which starts on March 31st. Will Gaga show up to cheer her on (and meet reindeer)? Stay tuned...
