Did Black Swan just get its own nail polish collection?
Katy Perry already has her own nail polish collection; so does Hello Kitty. But this week, a new range emerges that's got a not-so-secret tie to Black Swan.
Alas, it's not a Rodarte lacquer. Instead, it's the Urban Ballerina collection from OPI for Sephora, an exclusive set of six colors that you can only get at... yeah, exactly.
So what exactly is "Urban Ballerina"? According to Sephora, it's "a punk-rock edge with the typically soft, sweet (and pink) palette of classical ballet. According to us, it's the same pale pink, sharp granite, and glistening flesh tones that costume designer Amy Westcott wove together for Black Swan's color story.
Of course, nobody would want to claim their nail polishes were inspired by Natalie Portman ripping her cuticles off. But if they did, obviously we'd wear the hell out of it.
