They say imitation is the best form of flattery. Well then, Kirsten Dunst has her work cut out for her, playing Debbie Harry in an upcoming Blondie biopic, directed by Michel Gondry. And to the old school Blondie fans who aren’t thrilled, Dunst has responded, “Debbie chose me for this role so anyone who disputes this can take it up with her… I'll work hard on this character because she is the coolest woman of all time.”

Speaking of idol worship, soul siren Aretha Franklin and modern-day diva Christina Aguilera are planning a duet! Hip hop’s legendary D.J. Premier—who produced Aguilera’s Back to Basics album and Grammy winning single “Ain't No Other Man” will produce this as well, and it will turn up on Franklin’s upcoming album, Jewels In The Crown: All-Star Duets with the Queen on November 13th.

At Los Angeles Fashion Week, both Nicky Hilton and Jamie Pressly debuted their Spring collections, and showed up at each other’s runways as well. Chick, by Nicky Hilton is a new, girlish, reinvented retro collection in kitsch patterns; Pressly expanded her already popular, whimsical line, J’aime.

It looks as though we’re not the only ones who can’t get enough of NYLON’s November cover girl, Sienna Miller… The multi-talented Brit’s friend Rhys Ifans got a tattoo of a swallow on his wrist to match the one Sienna has on hers. Speaking of t.A.T.u., the fictitious kind, Mischa Barton is set to play a Russian teenager who falls in love with another girl at a concert in the 2008 film, Finding t.A.T.u.
