AM I BLUE?
Bobbi Brown's new shade has jean therapy.
In the August issue of NYLON, Holly Siegel explores a new lipstick from Poppy King, developed to compliment your blue jeans. Now Bobbi Brown has an eyeshadow that does the same thing, and it's really cool.
Called Denim Sparkle Eyeshadow, the shade is a subtle metallic take on the jean trend. It goes on smooth and sheer, but if you want really blue eyes (okay, really blue eye lids), add a tiny drop of water to your eyeshadow brush, and spread the stuff until it's deep and dark.
According to Bobbi Brown, this color is "a grown up take on glitter." But according to us, it's better - a way to make your makeup as all-purpose as your favorite pair of Sevens.

I tried it dry and it was subtle. Then I tried it wet and it was REALLY cool. Next I want to mix it with gloss.
