Let's face it: I usually don't look to Jessica Biel for beauty tips.
But in addition to her newfound fashion cred (she's been sporting brands like Versace, 3.1 Phillip Lim, and Giambattista Valli within the past week), she's also been taking beauty risks with her ombre hair-color.
This unexpected idol made me wonder whose hairstyles other NYLON girls are currently coveting. Turns out, they're all across the board.
Ali loves Sienna Miller's long, shaggy bangs in the mod movie 'Alfie.'
Faran's obsessed with the 'My Little Pony' pastel pink and blue streaks from the fall '09 NYLON "It Girl" issue.
And, like me, Joelle is dying for dark roots and lighter tips (she credits Rachel Bilson for her inspiration).
But instead of just lusting after these styles from afar, I'm going to take the plunge and attempt it for myself. Jessica Biel's faded ombre locks, here I come.

I love Abbey Lee Kershaw's hair, I liked it before when it was long but it also looks great with short hair too. It's mainly because of the bangs, I love straight across bangs that are a little feathered and messy.

I absolutely love Vanessa Hudgens hair. The length is lovely and can go from sleek and professional to messy and sexy so quickly. She may have made some stupid mistakes in her life that people dislike her for, but you have to admit she's gorgeous and has the perseverance of a fearless girl.

I love Hayley William's from Paramore for hair color and for cut I am loving (and i mean loving) Ke$ha's hair in her "Take it Off" Video. I also love Taylor Momsen's cut. Other people I like are: Amy Adams (her hair color is fabulous!), Scarlet Johansson, and Keira Knightley. But that's just to name a few.

I live in LA and I found out who her colorist is... his name is Denis De Souza and he works at the Andy Lecompte salon... not only my hair looks the best it's ever looked but Denis is an amazing guy.
