When it comes to cat eyes, we take our stuff very seriously.  We've watched major makeup artists like Pat McGrath apply them for the runways.  We've snapped retro-loving stars like Zooey Deschanel and Scarlett Johansson sporting them to perfection. And we've tried - again, and again- and again - to get them right in the mirror.

Now we've found something from Japan called Rubotan.  It's just an eyeliner - but that's like saying Jack White is just a guy with a guitar.  This product is precise, lasting, clean, inky - pretty much perfect, except for this one tiny thing: It's only sold in Japan.

But American beauty junkies have been hunting it down for a little while, so we made some phone calls, and voila!  There are a few bottles left at the Wonderland Beauty Parlor in New York City.
