GROW POT

GROW POT

The Green Fashion Movement gets way too literal...

We're all about quirky accessories - ice cream cone necklaces, eyeshadow flower charms, whatever.  But this latest creation, from HAF jewelry, is maybe the weirdest thing we've ever seen.

It's called a Silver Moss necklace, and features a tiny - and real - potted plant.  According to the designer's directions, you can keep the flora alive for six to eight months if you water the plant every five weeks, and store it in your fridge when you're not wearing it.

Sound like too much responsibility for an accessory?  We think so too - I mean, we can't even hang on to our sunglasses for more than a week...

Kitschy, but I could make something like that for far less than 254$.

I was thinking the exact same thing... you could make that for way less and do it with a chain prettier than that one. Stars for creativity, but minus 1 for price and minus 1 for looks.

I was in love with it until I saw the price...
