DARK IS RISING

DARK IS RISING

Is it possible to have a Goth chap stick?

The Sugar Stick from Fresh is a secret weapon of sorts in the NYLON office - we use the moisturizing balm for our lips, our flyaway hair, our blistered heels, and our cuticles.

But with their latest incarnation - Sugar Plum - they've made the bold swoop towards lipstick and lipstick only, and also given us a rare sight:  Goth Chapstick.

Made with the same essential oils as the regular Sugar stick, this one has a deep and shiny stain that coats your lips in a dark, transparent coat - think Vampire Lite.

Besides being an ideal shade for girls who love the concept of dark lipstick, but can't commit to the whole look, this stick has SPF 15, so you can wear it everywhere - even to the beach.

Of course, we don't know of any beaches in Transylvania...

This seems like such a cute idea! I definitely have some dark moods that would benefit from this color.

Dark colors on your lips or ones with a hint of blue makes your teeth look whiter.. Yes, this plum looks really nice and the cost is great, so i can stock up on this...

I use Burt's Bees tinted balm in Fig. You can tap it on lightly, or layer it for a dark look. At first it was like "whoa! dark." But now I think it's really flattering.
