It's a good looking brush, but nearly 60 dollars? Is it really that much better than other brushes?

I haven't tried this exact brush but my regular brush is a marilyn barrel brush, and I love it! the price of this one is pretty expensive but they don't tear my hair make it really smooth. Ive had mine for years. and they're cheaper than a mason pearson and probably just as good.
