VELVET REVOLVER

VELVET REVOLVER

Urban Decay's first perfume rolls out (literally).

In an age where a leather biker jacket’s more likely spotted on a rich waif than someone who actually rides a motorcycle, dressing edgy has become a challenging feat…at least for those not wanting to make any permanent alterations.

From intergalactic purple eye shadow to temporary tattoo eyeliner, Urban Decay never fails to aid in channeling our inner Bonnie Parker (youngsters, think Angelina).   Hence our excitement when discovering their latest creation, a roll-on perfume dubbed “Revolver.”   Combining fruity citrus scents (think pineapple & lemon), with notes of vanilla and musk, the sans-spray perfume can be tossed in your purse without fear of leakage. One snag: it’s limited edition, which means starting April 26th (next Tuesday), you’ll need to hightail to urbandecay.com.  But on the bright side, you’re less likely to spot the smell on another femme fatale.

So even if you don’t know the difference between a revolver and a pistol (we sure don’t), and if you own an extensive range of floral baby doll dresses (we sure do), once in a while even girly-girls long to feel a little badass. Now all we need is a Clyde (er, a Brad)….

$26 a bottle, out Tuesday

I wish It was spray because the description sounds really good! I'll definitely think about buying it.

raquel - the fact that it isn't a spray generally means that it is an oil base as opposed to an alcohol base. it's a little more subtle, stays on your skin longer, and the notes don't have to compete with whatever base was used. :)

this is actually their 4th perfume- they had Sin, Pistol, and Go limited edition as well.

I love Urban Decay. I'd like them to come out with more quirky things.
