My hat goes off to NYLON for positively portraying a mainstream actress. Wherein, editors could have chosen to simply mock her career endeavors and personal style (how DARE she wear anything not from the likes of Goodwill or Urban Outfitters /sarcasm), the editorial featured in the May issue zeroed in on Miss Tisdale’s goals and revealed a bit of her plan of action toward continuing on in her career. Undoubtedly, not all will like Ashley Tisdale. However, those quick to judge anything associated Disney might look a bit deeper and be surprised to find a CEO and founder of a production company, a philanthropic youth (mainly bts work only heard of well after the fact, as cameras were not invited to capture the event for profit/press), and a seemingly genuine hard worker. … but of course it’s so much more fun to dismiss facts and simply project. Best of luck to you, Ashley.

I have to say the entire interview was dull and expected from Ashley Tisdale. Although I understand she is a sucessful actress in Hollywood, her answers were not inspiring to women and her quips on fashion were mindless and not worthy of what Nylon is about. At least what I thought Nylon is about.

Ladies! Nylon doesn't hate! They once had Paris Hilton on the cover and what surprised me was that it turned out to be a really cool interview. So I thought, 'hmm, maybe it's best to just appreciate people instead of putting them down?' Nylon has never been a magazine just about what nobody else knows about, it's about what people love! If you take anything away from being a fan of Nylon, learn not to judge someone you really know nothing about.
