TWO OF HEARTS

TWO OF HEARTS

Sula introduces the Bert and Ernie of perfumes.

There’s this unspoken law that states that for every thing that is good, there’s something that makes it better.

Aristotle realized that. So did the inventor of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.

Now, Sula does too.

For spring, the beauty brand is releasing Lovebirds, a perfume duo. There’s Lovebirds Fresh, a light but lively mix of citrus, fresh sugar, and lime blossom. Think of it as the ultimate fragrance for outdoor summer music festivals. Then there’s Lovebirds Tropical, a bright blend of vanilla, fig leaf, coconut, and pineapple. A little spritz would be perfect for afternoons spent on the beach.

Separately, the two perfumes are great. But combined? Transcendent. That’s because they’re meant to be paired. You can determine how much to spray or how to layer them, which means that you control the end scent; more Lovebirds Fresh keeps things subtle and sheer, while loading up on Lovebirds Tropical makes things a bit deeper.

And if you like them on their own, that’s okay too: The bottles, with their graphic hot pink and white logos, look just as good sitting on your dresser as they do in your tote bag.

Hmmm, I can't wait to try it out! Here's hoping it doesn't have that hideous baby powder smell. Why do people want to smell like babies? Yuck. The only baby powder I want in my life, is the kind that I use when I don't feel like washing my hair. ha.
