COMING UP ROSES

COMING UP ROSES

A vegan mascara that both pumps up lashes and replaces your perfume.

Shakespeare may have written that a rose by any other name would smell just as sweet, but he clearly never sniffed Lavera’s mascara.

The German beauty brand has been making organic makeup since 1987, way before “going green” became a catchphrase. Because of that, they know what they’re doing.

Like their volumizing mascara, which amps up lashes without adding clumps. In it, you’ll find organic jojoba, all-natural pigments, and rose flower water, which gives the tube its signature sweet smell. What you won’t find? Harsh chemicals or any animal by-products, making this one of the best vegan mascaras we’ve ever tested.

Up until recently, you had to search to find one of their tubes (which come in black, brown, and blue). But just last month, Target picked up Lavera, selling its top 25 products in stores and online.

It’s not just the mascara that smells good—their lip gloss is scented with organic berry aroma and their face gel with calendula—but it might be our favorite. Who needs rose-colored lenses when you’ve got rose-colored lashes?

This is awesome... The closest organic mascara I ran into that actually worked is Organic Wear which you can find at CVS/Rite-Aid. I hope this is better!
