YSL's new Manifesto is coming to town (okay, seven towns).
On February 16, it's legal to snatch a purse off the street. That is, if it's the YSL Manifesto tote, which hits New York next Tuesday, and Paris, London, Milan, Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Berlin on February 20 - just in time for Fall 2010 Fashion Week.
The bag, created by Stefano Pilati, represents this season's YSL philosophy, and comes with a twist - they've got a corresponding YouTube channel, with behind-the-scenes footage of the Paris fashion label's latest criminal activity.
But you can get in on the action, too - if you see a YSL model passing out the Manifesto bags on the street, take a photo (after you take your bag!) and send it to yslmanifesto.com - they could feature your snapshot on their website, and voila! You can add YSL as a client on your portfolio. (Until Bruce Weber sees it and beats you up).
