In this era of Tweets, vlogs, and live-blogging, 24-hours is an eternity. Which might explain why we’ll change our shoes five times in a day.
But the exception seems to be that the hair you wake up with is the hair you’ll have all day. Redken wants to change that.
The beauty brand just launched “Style Connection”, a new trio of products that promise to give your hair instant shape and texture. Want to head to brunch with sleek locks? Go for their Velvet Gelatine, an airy gel that straightens hair while keeping it shiny. Need to break up your curls for a coffee date? Spray on Wool Shake, a slushie-like formula that adds volume to your coils. Dying to toughen your ‘do before a late-night show? Scoop a dollop of Matte Sponge to get a roughed-up finish.
During an informal office test, once we got over the names (Wool Shake?!?), we were able to focus on the results: Mini-makeovers in under a minute.
Which leaves you just enough time to run back home for a shoe change.

I've had all three products in my hands and hair ... Not impressed wool shake adds volume but not fullness.. Think adding heavy bulk... The sponge stuff, feels great coming out of it's jar, but makes hair look almost drabbt dirty , very dry looking.. Not into the gel thing either.. I have not had success with either. I will say though, I'm not a great candidate for these products... I already have naturally wavy, thick,
coarse hair... However it's chin length ,stacked, but thinned out....
