TAKE A POLE

TAKE A POLE

Join the culture club with these zany totem mugs.

Storage space is always an issue, whether it's in your closet or your kitchen cabinets.  And though we can't promise to vacuum-pack your summer dresses to save room, we can make another suggestion:

Stackable cups in your pantry.

Specifically, these crazy, adorable, bordering-on-ridiculous totem pole mugs from Toronto artist Rob Southcott.  Created to celebrate the indigenous creative tradition of totem carving, the mugs are also quite handy for saving space.  They might even be lucky, since some attribute healing powers and energy to totem pole symbols.

Just don't expect the cups to fold your sweaters in ergonomic, space-saving little squares... they're cute, but not magic.
