A THIN LINE
Liquid eyeliner that lets you practice 'til perfect without going broke.
If you’ve ever tried to put liquid eyeliner on when in a hurry, you know the inevitable catastrophie: hemmoraging makeup remover, Kleenex fatalities, and the death of ten otherwise valuable minutes. Not to mention, you must now find a means to treat your puffy red eyes (more tissue casualties!).
Unfortunately, we haven’t found a cure for this problem, but we have come up with a few suggestions. Besides listening to your intuition and applying liquid eyeliner only in a careful and patient fashion (and never in a car!), we recommend snagging Urban Outfitter’s Soft Touch Eyeliner. Complete with a fine brush applicator similar to the tip of a fancy calligraphy pen, the makeup affirms our prior suspicion: liquid eyeliner is an art form.
Available in black, purple, and (our personal favorite) BLUE, for only $6 each, this gives you yet another reason for an Urban fieldtrip – but if you’re worried about a spending binge, we recommend ordering online. Like any art form, wearing this stuff does take time master, but the outcome stuns...when done correctly.

Well this is all fine and dandy. Delicious, even. But lets be honest- we've been buying the same thing for years, only by wet & wild and for half the price.

i agree with the article..liquid liner is a must! but like natasha said..walgreens and other drug stores carry great makeup lines too, even more on the cheap! :) wet and wild is a fave of mine
