Win a Get-Out-Of-Jail-Free card to the biggest music festival in New York.
Every so often, a giveaway arrives that we want to keep for ourselves. This, of course, is one of those times, since we can barely pry our hands off the two all-access passes we have to the upcoming 2009 College Music Jam (affectionately known as CMJ).
The 5-day Music Marathon & Film Festival includes 1,200 artists rocking out in over 75 of New York City’s coolest clubs and theatres. With your pass, you can gain access to all of the music performances, film screenings, parties, and even the exclusive Artist’s Lounge where performers hang out and snag free stuff from sponsors. Some of music acts include Margaret Cho, Bear Hands, Broadcast, Zac Brown Band, ZaZa not GaGa, and Dangerous (who will perform an all-metal tribute to Michael Jackson).
We’re also really excited about a special performance from the cast of Hair, and a screening of The Messenger, starring Woody Harrelson and Ben Foster.
CMJ is headquartered at NYU again this year, so you might spot Dan or even Blair on her way to French History while you’re completely rocking out. But while we can grant you access to the festival, we can’t book you a trip to New York on Chuck’s private jet, so these passes are for New Yorkers only.
