SAUCY!
Take a delicious trip to the garden of Diesel.
-
Nobody likes a one-trick pony. Nylon makes stellar Nikes, Lindsay Lohan is an actress/ artistic advisor to Emanuel Ungaro, and now Diesel joins the ranks of dual threats with their collection of fine wines and olive oil. For the first time ever, Renzo Rosso, overseer of Diesel, opens the doors of Diesel Farm Vineyards and Olive Groves, located at Rosso’s own estate in Venice, Italy. (No, you can’t actually go there; it’s through an online store.)
On the website, you can browse through Diesel’s liquid delicacies like Rosso di Rosso or Bianco di Rosso (red wine and white wine), and you can check out their olive oil, too. The wine, which before was only available to top restaurants and retailers, is made through an eco-friendly process combining tradition with innovation.
Even cooler, you can add some personal flare to your Diesel wine bottle with a customized message or your name, so suddenly you’re a part of the design process. Prices range from $150-$210 and shipping to the US only takes three days. Rosso says, “I’m really proud of the wine we produce.” We say, buy it while it’s hot (or cold) before Rachel Ray steals all the EVOO away.
