Austrian crystal for your clothes, not your wine glasses.
Think Aldo and your first image is probably a pair of black-and-wood wedges that look way too cool for the price you paid.
But now the chain vendor launches a new collection featuring sparkles from Swarovski, and it's not just for your feet. This Fall, Aldo releases a limited-edition line of jewelry with clear crystals, neon silk, and black plastic - a far cry from the Bob Mackie bedazzle that can happen with older Swarovski pieces.
And the jewelry only looks expensive. Aside from a $180 bedecked necklace, most of the stuff (including our favorite pick, an amber-hued heart ring) costs about $40, so it stays consistent with Aldo's two main missions: Being cheap and being glam.
