MOUTH OFF

MOUTH OFF

Makeup remover for your lipstick. Kind of amazing.

Blondes may not have more fun, but girls who wear bold lipstick usually do.  A bravely colored streak can tie your look to the runways, and save you lots of prep time in the morning (A good rule for girls who are perpetually late: Strong lip color = no eye color, no mascara, no blush).

But what do you do at night, when you need to get your lipstick off?  That's been a perpetual dilemma in our office, where common lip hues include hot pink, orange, and black.  Sure there are tricks - a swipe of baby oil, a very delicate smear of makeup remover, some Noxema.  But nothing's been quite right until now.

Maybelline New York's just invented this crazy tube called Superaway.  It's a lipstick remover that's also a balm, so it's safe to leave on your lips, and even lick (if you really have to).

We tested it last night on a deep red lipstick and a violet gloss, and both times, our lips came off clean.

This came out over 3 years ago. Why write about it now?

Hey Hillary, Our beauty director, Holly, had never tried it bc she didn't believe it could actually work. We tried some together last night on a whim and LOVED it. So we figured, why not let everyone know it really works? Plus it's cheaper now - it used to sell for like $8!!! :) xo F

blah who cares, if you can't get lipstick off easily with baby oil and cotton, there's a problemo with you.

"Maybelline New York's just invented this crazy tube called Superaway." if you knew that it's been around, why did you write that they just invented it...

Cause it's new to us! Also Lucia, you need to YouTube how to get lipstick off with cotton, every time I tried that, the cotton ball would peel a little on my lips! Blah!

I'm still trying to figure this out. When you put it on...how does the lipstick come OFF? D'you have to wipe it off? Cos I can't imagine it "disappears". Other than that, it sounds like a genius product
