BLUE BLOOD

BLUE BLOOD

The jeans of your dreams are just a click away.

Finding a perfect pair of jeans is a bit like acting out your own version of Goldilocks: One pair is the right shade of blue but the wrong type of skinny jean, another pair is the wrong shade of black but the right type of distressed denim.

But finding that mythical pair of dream jeans is a bit easier with IndiDenim. The pants are entirely customizable, from the obvious (like fabric, cut, and color) to the details you rarely even think about (like hem length, pocket shape, and finishing treatments). The step-by-step process allows you to go through and decide what goes (button flies or coin pockets), and what stays (belt loops or stiff Japanese fabric).

Lest you wonder how an online-only company could nail the fit of a pair of jeans, IndiDenim allows you to send back your denim as many times as it takes to get it right—although the page-long questionnaire asking for various measurements is complete enough that we doubt you’ll have to test the policy. And if you’ve finally found the perfect pair of low-rise, boot-cut jeans with holes on the knees and a button fly? IndiDenim saves each and every pair of customized jeans that you’ve made, so you can re-order without ever leaving the house.

If only we could figure out a way to find the perfect swimsuit without stepping foot in a dressing room and we’d officially retire the golden-haired storybook character.

I went and picked out everything but 160$ is a little pricey just for a good fit.

$160 is not bad at all! the perfect pair of jeans are priceless!

Eeeeh, I really don't understand how they can make the perfect pair of jeans by knowing my bra-size...? I had to check the site out, will not try it. More measurements around the butt (than none, as is the case now) would seem more appropriate...

I agree about $160 being too much to pay for just a good fit! Gap Denim just got in a huge line of new styles and cuts that are "born to fit." For $59.50, *that's* a better fit.

Very cool -- and premium denim runs over 200 anyways.. why not get a pair that you create and is made custom? If they need my bra size, that's fine.. if that's what it takes (Karin)

@Karin: Our fit profile does ask a few *unconventional* questions, but it was designed to give us an idea about your body shape. We ask for information like your height, weight, and bra size because these things are correlated with many other body measurements, and it ultimately helps us to get you your perfect fit.

160 too much for a good fit??? It's CUSTOM DENIM -- did you know anywhere else that runs you 700 dollars?
