ABOUT FACE

Let your skincare routine get some Asian influence.

Barometers finally hit 95° this weekend in New York City, meaning we wanted a pool, a Roxy bikini, and a tiny portable fan.

What we didn't want?  Any makeup to bake on our faces, even though looking good was still an imperative.  So we found a creative solution:

Grab one of the new - and cheap - plant masks from the Korean superstore The Face Shop (which just made a deal for American distribution).  You can get them at any Walgreens for about $5, and probably find a mini-fan there, too.

Throw it in the fridge for an hour (the mask, not the fan). The put it on your face to remove the usual effects of a good party - ashy skin, under eye circles, and leftover mascara.

The frolic as usual.  But don't forget the sunscreen, understand?
