Lissy Trullie’s new music video gives you a reason to pay more attention to the person standing behind the merch table.

In the Cass Bird-directed film for “Boy Boy”, shot in New York City’s Lower East Side, a few familiar faces show up; there’s Chrissie Miller, Jen Brill, Harley Viera Newton and Cassie Coane, all walking down the street and dancing in the basement of Lit Lounge.

But pay close attention and you’ll notice that the blonde offering up Lissy Trullie T-shirts is Chloe Sevigny. It’s not the actress’ first music video appearance—she shimmied like a go-go dancer from outer space in Beck’s “Gamma Ray” and cleaned hotel bedrooms in Smog’s “I Feel Like the Mother of the World”—but it might be our favorite.

In part, it’s because the NYLON cover star looks completely in her element. But also, it offers up yet another reason to see the ginger mop-topped singer’s band live—you just might have her good friend Chloe serving you drinks, checking your ID, or selling you the Self-Taught Learner EP.
