Gap invests in contemporary art - and we're giving it away.
Going to the mall isn’t often equated with getting a limited edition work of art – but then again, shopping at the Gap isn’t you’re average chain store.
The outfitter of all things classic has made a habit of collaborating with creative tastemakers, like Philip Lim and Cindy Sherman. For its latest (PRODUCT)RED Artist Edition, Gap is teaming up with nine contemporary artists, each contributing cutting-edge graphics to a series of limited edition tees. Fifty percent of proceeds will go towards eliminating AIDS in Africa.
Which you should know, since we broke the news back in January. But here’s something new: four lucky readers will score a T-shirt for free, before they even hit stores.
Submit your name, address, T-shirt size, and favorite artist here for a chance to win a tee designed by Hiroshi Tanabe, Supermundane, or NYLON fave Jess Rotter. Who said that doodling can’t save the world?
