Eco-friendly designs, wallet-friendly prices. We say, encore!
Encores are rare in the fashion world.
Stephen Sprouse teamed up with Target, but only once.
Karl Lagerfeld teamed up with H&M, but only once.
Philip Lim teamed up with Uniqlo, but only once.
So when Rogan for Target hit stores last spring, smart girls scooped up the animal print shorts and soft cotton tees, assuming that it would be their one and only chance to score eco-friendly threads at wallet-friendly prices.
Only, it wasn’t. Designer Rogan Gregory, along with Long Island beach bum Scott Mackinlay Hahn, is making an encore line for Target, hitting stores April 19. While the collaboration this time is with Loomstate, their environmentally responsible clothing line, the looks are just as fashion-forward. There are black cotton silk shifts, plaid poplin shorts, and a pelican-print bikini that screams “summer by the beach.” With certified-organic cotton, soft-washed finishes, and even a collection for guys, there’s little that the duo has yet to think of.
Except, that is, a third collection for the bullseye retailer. Never say never…
