They can’t go outside unless they’re wearing sunglasses.
Wait, what?
Karen Walker is best known for her obsession-worthy dresses, pants, and blazers, but the cult designer apparently has a sense of humor. In her spring ’09 eyewear lookbook, the New Zealand designer outfitted her models with fangs.
The sunglasses themselves run the gamut, from oversize electric blue frames to metal rims to Lennon-inspired (by way of Olsen) round lenses, but they’re all as fresh as the Twilight movie sequel.
And, it seems, cool enough for even a vampire to don in the scorching sun.

I think the glasses are cool, the people wearing them are not. Definately none of them look like I would call a vampire. Not up to Twilight par I think. But cute sunglasses. And anyone who knocks twilight is a tard, go read the books, theres no way you can't love them

I love the idea due to the fact that I LOVE vampires, but they kinda took this idea from Ray Bans. Does anyone remember the Ray Ban campaign from the 90's where all the models were vampire, and they could go in the sun cause they were wearing their shades.....

I love Twilight and all...
but this is ridiculous!
I mean these have to be the MOST unrelated sunglasses to Twilight, not to mention they are really not that good looking. And the models have fangs, WHAT THE HELL MAN. Read the books. Geez..

Fun! That's def a cute way to spice up a lookbook. & chill out people, I don't think they were going for a literal Twilight interpretation. They're just mocking that vampire craze.

i love these, i recently bought the 35d pair on the top row.
the line isnt based around twilight? are you people all idiots? do you have any reading comprehension? the author only mentioned twilights because the lookbook was vampire themed (which i think is a pretty clever idea for eyewear advertisements). jesus
