FIRST LOOK: ROXY FALL '09
My jeans cost less than my surfing lessons.
It's March - technically "Spring" - but unless you're in the lucky Southwest, you're still wearing your winter coat, and buying a new sun dress is the last thing on your mind.
The same thing will happen in September, when "Fall" rolls around, and you sport your bikini in the backyard while blazers and kilts overflow in the stores.

I'm loving Roxy's new creativity. The high-waist skirts rock, and the colors are perfect for spring. Only thing I'm not liking is the shoe selection, pretty bland.
