Starting this week, Two Faced makeup launches a new "mood lip gloss" that claims to change tints depending on your feelings.
Since the product was (somehow) inspired by The Smurfs, that means your colors range from Smurf blue to Smurf-berry pink. And maybe if you're really angry, you'll get Gargamel red, though you might get evicted from the tra-la-la land of Smurf village if any chirpy cartoons see you that way.
The mood lip gloss sells for $18.50 at Sephora - cheaper than a shrink, more expensive than an afternoon of Cartoon Network reruns, and about the same as a bottle of Prozac, if you're covered by insurance.

Hmmm. I think it's a neat idea, but I would not want my lips to be Smurf blue.

It could be interesting... but I don't know how I feel about putting something on my lips that changes colors when my mood changes? Although it could possibly be really fun to wear. I guess I won't know until I try it!

Seems cool. Im not the kind of person to spend 18$ on lipgloss though. And if you only put a thin layer of it on your lips, not gobs, I dont think the blue would be so bad. Well, I kinda want this lipgloss now. hah.

Smurf blue on my lips? I don't think so.. mood rings are tacky and so is mood lipgloss. However, it was a cute idea. Definite a novelty thing, not a fashion statement.

I doubt it would even work very well. I wouldn't want my lips to turn blue or for everyone to know what I was feeling all the time, but the idea is cool.

Hmm,I wouldn't want to walk around with blue colored lips and have someone look at me and say "wow, she has cyanosis"! However, it does seem like a neat and fun idea.

the description on the sephora website says it turns FROM blue TO your perfect shade of smurf-berry pink (?).
so i would imagine it starts blue and becomes some form of pink, depending on your temperature.
it's a cute idea.

I've tried too faced gloss that changes color according to your temperature... that didnt go too well...
i doubt this one would work! and for that price?

i dont like this. i wear liglosses based on shades of my eyeshadow. i dont wanna have pink eyeshadow and pink lip gloss then then have the lipgloss go blue for instance.

I tried this lip gloss! Its cool! It doesn't turn blue, it just turns different shades of pink. Its cute. I actually thought about buying it.
