1) You can’t ship it in the mail unless it’s sent via ground service (same goes for perfume—they’re both flammable).
2) You can’t have enough of it, especially when it’s free.

“Caviar Dreams” by Laura Mercier is a two-tone black polish, which means that it shimmers with a blue-purple iridescence. Think of it as the party girl’s version of charcoal.
